Upcoming in Student Ministries: Hot Takes

Conversations on Relationships & Dating

Over the next couple of weeks, we’re creating intentional space in Student Ministries for honest, age-appropriate Hot Takes conversations on dating, relationships, and healthy sexuality from a biblical perspective.

Rather than one large group setting, we’re creating separate evenings for guys and girls. This allows students to engage more openly, ask real questions they might otherwise shy away from, and feel more comfortable in the conversation.

Week One – April 26

Guys Night:
Worship + Hot Takes conversations around relationships, identity, and pursuing God’s design.
Girls Night:
Ice cream outing + connection time

Students attending the off-site outing must have a release form on file.

Our Heart Behind These Nights

Our goal is to help students navigate relationships with wisdom, biblical truth, and grace.

We know these topics matter—and they’re not always simple. Students are already navigating these conversations in real life, and we want to create a safe, Christ-centered space where they can ask honest questions, process what they’re experiencing, and grow.

We desire to partner with you as parents in this process. Below are some resources you may find helpful as you continue these conversations at home. If you ever have questions or want to talk more about what we’re discussing, we would truly welcome that conversation.
